Ted Tataryan
CPA
Ted Tataryan is a Certified Public Account and Enrolled Agent.
He holds a bachelor in accounting with 27 years of experience in private, public, and government sectors. He is a successful entrepreneur who is the founder of multiple companies and sits on the board of directors for multiple companies. He utilizes his unique experience in these sectors to benefit clients regarding tax, strategies, and business management. He is a former auditor who learned the system by auditing high net worth individuals with multiple entities, obtaining valuable knowledge in the process.
His specialties include mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, audit representation with the IRS, employment, Franchise Tax Board, cities, and sales tax.
Karina Gharibian
CPA
Karina Gharibian is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Taxation. She has work experience in the private, public accounting and government sectors. She worked at the IRS for seven years in both the civil and criminal departments. Her work experience in the IRS includes being an auditor of small business. She audited small business throughout the Los Angeles Area in all industries. She was also a member of the Special Enforcement Program where she assisted prosecutors, IRS Criminal Investigators and IRS Counsel. She has experience as an expert witness and summary witness in Tax Court and District Court testifying about tax and white-collar crime cases. She has worked on complex, grand jury, offshore banking and high profile cases including politicians, celebrities and Fortune 500 companies. Her passion and dedication is in helping small business grow and obtain wealth and success.
Prior to the IRS, Ms. Gharibian was a tax associate with Moss Adams, LLP where she completed various entity tax returns for profit and not-for-profit that included international, consolidated, and multi-state tax returns.
She has taught in several colleges financial and managerial accounting as well as tax fraud, planning and research courses. She is also an active member of her community and has served on the Board of Directors of numerous organization including California CPA Society - Los Angeles Chapter.
